With a growing private equity client base and a clear strategic focus on transactions and funds, the team is expanding and looking to appoint an experienced Associate Director to play a key role in its continued growth. The firm is known for its collaborative and entrepreneurial culture, offering individuals the opportunity to take genuine ownership of client relationships, develop business, and progress more quickly than in more hierarchical environments.
As an Associate Director within the Private Equity Tax team, you will work closely with Partners and Directors on a broad range of advisory‑led projects for private equity houses, portfolio companies and management teams. You will play a central role in delivering high-quality tax advice across the deal lifecycle, while also contributing to business development and mentoring junior members of the team.
This role offers a clear pathway toward Director and Partner, with the opportunity to play a visible role in shaping the growth of a high‑performing private equity tax team in a key regional market.
