Job description
Supported Learning Manager Location: East London Contract: Full-Time | Interim Salary: Competitive Daily Rate (Dependent on Experience) Lead Inclusive Education. Transform Outcomes. Are you an experienced SEND or Supported Learning leader looking for your next interim opportunity within Further Education? We're seeking an inspiring and highly organised Supported Learning Manager to lead and develop high-quality provision for learners with SEND, EHCPs and High Needs across a large and diverse FE environment in East London. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established college group and play a key role in shaping inclusive practice, supporting staff and ensuring learners receive the support they need to thrive both academically and personally. The Opportunity As Supported Learning Manager, you'll provide operational and strategic leadership across Supported Learning provision, ensuring learners with additional needs receive outstanding support that enables them to achieve positive outcomes. You'll lead and develop teams of Learning Support Assistants and specialist staff, oversee EHCP processes, work closely with curriculum leaders and act as a key point of contact for families, local authorities and external agencies.
