Progressive Coaching is expanding, and we’re looking for a coach to join our team as we scale to 200+ clients going in to the new year. This is your chance to grow inside a fast-moving, purpose-driven company where your coaching actually matters.

Progressive Coaching is an online fitness coaching company for gay & queer men who want to get leaner, stronger, more confident, and feel amazing shirtless. We offer high-touch support, personalised training & nutrition, a thriving community, and world-class accountability.
We are now hiring a full-time coach to join us as we grow.
The Role
We’re hiring a mid-level to Expert online coach who is hungry to learn, excited by coaching, and ready to help clients build bodies they’re proud of.
You’ll be:
You’ll start slowly and ramp up over the year, with the goal of managing 70-100 clients full-time.
