Head of Growing – Soft Fruit – Leominster - £65,000
Head of Growing – Soft Fruit, based in Leominster. The successful candidate will take ownership of crop production, leading a growing team to deliver high-quality, high-yielding strawberry crops that meet leading supermarket standards. Responsibilities include overseeing the full growing cycle from plant delivery through to harvest, managing crop plans, developing team performance, implementing biological crop protection programmes, and ensuring compliance with company and statutory requirements.
