\n The Role:
\n We are recruiting for Employment Advisors to support individuals facing barriers into sustainable employment across Kendal and Barrow.
\n This is a rewarding, person-centred role where you will manage a varied caseload, providing tailored one-to-one support to help individuals build confidence, develop skills, and secure meaningful work. You’ll take a proactive approach, working closely with local employers to identify opportunities and support customers throughout their journey into employment and beyond.
\n This role would suit someone with a background in recruitment or employability who has a genuine passion for making a positive difference.

\nDue to the nature of this role, you will hold a driving licence and have access to your own vehicle, you will also be required to complete an online Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check if offered the position.
