Turtle Bay is all about introducing you to that carefree, island way of life—a Caribbean kitchen and beach bar where food, drinks, and music flow effortlessly from morning until night.

Everyone’s invited. Our team can sense if you need coffee, a cocktail, a cold beer, or a plate of cutters bursting with flavour. Our people serve up the magic and warmth of the Caribbean every day, ensuring everyone feels relaxed and welcome. We create genuine connections and put people at ease, welcoming guests with our natural hosting skills and unpretentious atmosphere.

Bartender at Turtle Bay

For over a decade, our bartenders have been curating a menu designed to lift spirits and bring joy, no matter the hour. From cocktails that capture the vibrant flavours and flair of the Caribbean to a specialty rum collection unique to us, we pride ourselves on serving more than just drinks—we serve experiences.

As Bartender at Turtle Bay, you are the heart of our bar and a champion of our unique hospitality. You will create an atmosphere where everyone feels welcome, relaxed, and uplifted – like the easygoing feel of a Caribbean beach bar.

A place where friendly smiles and great conversations flow as easily as drinks. It's about fostering connection, inspiring togetherness, and celebrating life's shared moments with warmth and joy.

Your vibe will set the tone for our culture, ensuring every guest is warmly welcomed and looked after and comes back time and time again.
