Salary: £25,000 basic plus uncapped commission (OTE £700£1,200 per month)
Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours between the operating hours of 08:00 20:00 (early finish on Fridays)

We're looking for enthusiastic and driven B2B Broadband Sales Consultants to join our vibrant call centre. You'll be speaking with businesses that are looking to review their current broadband, phone and TV packages, helping them find the right connectivity solutions to support their business needs.

No cold calling you'll be working with warm business opportunities generated through customer enquiries, existing customers and marketing activity. Key Responsibilities

• Contact warm business leads to discuss their current broadband, phone and TV requirements.
• Build strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
• Understand each customer's current connectivity setup and identify opportunities to provide a more suitable solution.
• Recommend tailored broadband, phone and TV packages based on business needs.
• Explain product benefits clearly and confidently while maximising sales opportunities.
• Handle objections professionally and negotiate effectively to secure sales.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities to maximise customer value.
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey.
• Accurately maintain customer records and ensure compliance with company procedures.

Skills & Experience Required

• Previous B2B sales experience is desirable but not essential full training will be provided.
• Experience within telesales, outbound sales, business development or another target-driven environment is advantageous.
• Candidates from recruitment, retail, hospitality, estate agency, customer service or similar customer-facing roles are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong questioning, negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
• Confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers over the phone.
• Self-motivated, resilient and driven by targets and commission.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-focused sales environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple conversations and opportunities.
• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
• Understanding of GDPR and maintaining high-quality customer interactions.
