We are partnering with a highly ambitious FinTech organisation operating within the pensions space that is entering a major new phase of growth and transformation.
This business has already built strong foundations, established credibility within the market, and developed a product proposition with genuine long-term potential. They are now evolving their platform, proposition, and customer experience to help reshape the industry.
They are seeking an experienced Chief Risk Officer to join the business on a part-time basis (3 days per week) to help define and execute the next stage of their journey.
This is a strategic leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in scaling environments, enjoys navigating ambiguity, and wants to have meaningful influence within a mission-driven FinTech business operating in a sector that is overdue for innovation.
They are seeking an experienced risk leader with a strong track record of operating within regulated financial environments and helping high-growth businesses build robust, commercially aligned risk frameworks.
The successful individual will help shape enterprise risk strategy, strengthen governance and compliance maturity, support regulatory readiness, and help the organisation scale responsibly as it enters its next phase of growth.
This role would suit somebody who enjoys operating closely with founders and executive leadership, while also being pragmatic and commercially minded enough to support operational teams in a fast-moving environment.
The salary is advertised at £175,000 pro rata for a 3-day-per-week arrangement.
This equates to approximately £105,000 per annum based on a standard 5‑day working week equivalent.
The role offers flexibility alongside the opportunity to play a genuinely influential role within a business entering a significant growth phase.
