What Youll Be Doing * Be the go-to HR professional for managers across multiple schools * Provide practical advice on employee relations - absence, disciplinaries, grievances, performance and more * Support recruitment, onboarding, and compliance, including Single Central Records * Partner with leaders on change projects (TUPE, restructures, organisational change) * Deliver insights through HR data and help drive better decision-making * Help shape HR policies and ensure best practice and legal compliance What Were Looking For You’ll be confident, capable and ready to hit the ground running, with: * CIPD Level 3 (minimum) or equivalent experience * Strong, up-to-date knowledge of employment law & HR best practice * Proven experience advising managers on people issues across a range of HR matters * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - able to influence and support at all levels * Ability to manage a busy caseload with accuracy and professionalism * Strong organisational skills and a solutions-focused mindset * A collaborative, resilient and people-focused approach Experience in education or safeguarding?
