We are looking for an accomplished Restaurant Manager to lead the team within an intimate and highly regarded open-fire restaurant at one of Hampshires most prestigious luxury country house hotels.
This unique restaurant offers an interactive dining experience with talented chefs cooking seasonal dishes over an open fire in full view of guests. Combining exceptional food with warm polished service it provides a relaxed yet refined alternative to traditional fine dining.
You will lead a professional team of six taking responsibility for the smooth running of each service while ensuring every guest receives a memorable and highly personalised experience.
