You'll: Lead, coach and inspire your team to deliver outstanding customer service every day.Create a positive, supportive working environment where colleagues can develop and thrive.Drive sales, profitability and operational excellence.Recruit, develop and retain talented colleagues.Manage stock, labour, waste and store costs effectively.Maintain excellent standards of merchandising, food safety and compliance.Build strong relationships within your local community and promote Society membership.Ensure your store is safe, welcoming and always operating to the highest standards.This is a varied, hands-on leadership role where you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact every day.About YouWe're looking for someone who enjoys leading people, solving problems and delivering results.

You'll ideally have: Experience managing or supervising within a retail environment, ideally food retail.A proven ability to motivate and develop colleagues.Strong commercial awareness with experience managing costs and performance.Excellent communication and organisational skills.A hands-on approach with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook and Teams.A full UK driving licence is desirable.Why Join Us?We know that our colleagues are at the heart of our success, which is why we invest in their wellbeing and development.
