\nOur client, a growing accountancy practice based in Leamington Spa, is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and ambitious accountant who is looking for a challenging role in a dynamic and friendly work environment.\n

\n Responsibilities:\n
\n
    \n
  • Preparing accounts and tax returns for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies
    • \n
  • Providing accounting advice and support to clients
    • \n
  • Assisting with the development of junior staff members
    • \n
  • Ensuring that all work is completed accurately and to the required standard
    • \n
  • Liaising with clients, HMRC, and other external stakeholders
    • \n
  • Assisting with ad-hoc projects and assignments as required
    • \n

\n Requirements:\n
\n
    \n
  • ACA/ACCA qualified with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a practice environment
    • \n
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge, including a good understanding of accounting standards and tax legislation
    • \n
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
    • \n
  • Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
    • \n
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • \n
