We’re looking for an AI Agent Designer to join our ever-evolving AI Strategy team and help shape the future of global commerce. What You’ll Own * Design and orchestrate AI-powered workflows and autonomous agent experiences that transform how work gets done across Global Payments. * Partner with business leaders to identify high-value opportunities, translate business challenges into agentic solutions, and define future‑state ways of working. * Create agent blueprints, workflow designs, requirements, and success metrics that enable engineering teams to build scalable AI solutions. * Lead AI discovery workshops, map complex cross‑functional processes, and uncover opportunities for automation, augmentation, and productivity gains. * Evaluate emerging AI technologies, tools, and agent frameworks, helping shape the companys vision for the next generation of AI-enabled work. What You’ll Bring * 5 years+ of experience in business analysis, product management, consulting, process design, solution design, or a related role. * Demonstrated ability to analyse complex business processes and translate them into structured requirements, workflows, or technology solutions. * Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills, with experience working directly with senior business and technology leaders. * Experience with AI, automation, workflow platforms, or data‑driven technologies. * Excellent communication, storytelling, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and influence decision‑making. It’s a bonus if you have * Experience in payments, fintech, financial services, or other highly regulated industries. * Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, knowledge management, RAG architectures, or AI product development. * Act like an owner: We take accountability — working at pace to own our outcomes.
