We are recruiting on behalf of a leading professional services organisation for an experienced Culture & Engagement Specialist to join their People team on an initial 6 to 12-month fixed term contract. There is the potential for the role to become permanent, subject to business needs.
Working closely with the Head of People & Culture, you will play a pivotal role in developing and embedding a values-led culture, enhancing employee engagement and bringing the organisation's people vision to life. You will also lead initiatives that strengthen the organisation's commitment to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) and wellbeing.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR or Organisational Development professional who is passionate about influencing culture, driving engagement and creating an outstanding employee experience.

The successful candidate will have significant experience within a senior HR, Culture, Engagement, Organisational Development or People Experience role and a proven ability to deliver meaningful people initiatives.

Salary: Up to £45,000 plus excellent benefits exposure to broader HR projects (this is a wonderful development opportunity), 25 days holiday, bonus, life assurance 3 x salary, health cash plan, cycle to work scheme, health screening at reduced rates, active social and charity committees, wellbeing support and people recognition schemes.
Location: Central Bristol | Hybrid 2 days a week in the office
