Job description
Junior UX Designer (AI & Digital Content) Are you an ambitious Junior UX Designer looking to build your career in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment? Do you have a passion for creating intuitive user experiences, enjoy experimenting with AI tools, and have experience producing engaging digital content? Were looking for a creative and proactive Junior UX Designer to join an innovative team where youll help shape digital products while embracing the latest AI technologies. The Role Working closely with Product, Design and Engineering teams, youll contribute to the design and continuous improvement of digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. Youll also support content creation and social media activity, using AI tools to enhance productivity and creativity. What Youll Be Doing * Create user journeys, wireframes and interactive prototypes. * Design clean, intuitive and engaging user interfaces. * Conduct user research and usability testing. * Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers to deliver exceptional user experiences. * Utilise AI tools to accelerate design, research and content creation. * Produce digital assets for websites, marketing campaigns and social media. * Help maintain and evolve the companys design system. * Stay up to date with emerging UX trends and AI technologies. Skills & Experience * Commercial experience in a UX, UI or Digital Design role (or a strong portfolio demonstrating your work). * Experience using design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite or similar. * Comfortable utilising AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly or similar) within your workflow. * Experience creating content for social media or digital marketing campaigns. * Good understanding of UX principles, user-centred design and accessibility. * Strong communication and collaboration skills. * A creative mindset with a willingness to learn and develop. Nice to Have * Basic understanding of HTML/CSS. * Experience with motion graphics or video editing. * Knowledge of analytics or user behaviour tools. * Interest in emerging AI technologies and digital innovation.
