You will be supporting by carefully resourcing experienced teaching staff and handling multiple bookings. In this role you will be responsible for- * Source and attract candidates using job boards, social media, and internal databases. * Speaking to clients to identify needs and work within set timescales * Maintaining strong relationships with our clients and candidates * Advertising jobs, CV searching and registrations * Working with the team to fill bookings * Supporting with candidate mailers What we are looking for- * Driven, hungry and motivated individuals with a winning’ attitude! * Willingness to learn * Strong written and communication skills * Positive and can do’ attitude Experience within a similar role or a sales and target driven role desirable. You must be able to demonstrate a proven track record in your field, whether it be in work, education, or sport!
