\n CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a Foot Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join one of London's fastest-growing client-direct property companies. Due to continued expansion, opportunities are available for Electrical, Mechanical, and Fabric Engineers to work across a prestigious portfolio of commercial office buildings throughout Zones 1 & 2.\n

\n This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer looking for a varied, client-facing role with genuine opportunities for career progression. Working across multiple high-end commercial buildings, you'll carry out planned and reactive maintenance, support tenant projects, and play a key role in maintaining first-class facilities. Key Duties & Responsibilities:\n
\n
    \n
  • Carrying out planned preventative and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial office buildings.
    • \n
  • Completing electrical, mechanical, or fabric maintenance depending on your trade background.
    • \n
  • Supporting tenant fit-outs, quoted works, and small project works.
    • \n
  • Maintaining HVAC systems, including AHUs and FCUs.
    • \n
  • Carrying out statutory compliance tasks, including emergency lighting, fire alarm testing, and water treatment checks.
    • \n
  • Completing maintenance reports, logbooks, and compliance documentation.
    • \n
  • Liaising with and supervising specialist subcontractors.
    • \n
  • Providing a professional, client-facing service while building strong relationships with tenants and site management.
    • \n
  • Supporting the wider engineering team across multiple Central London sites.
    • \n

  • Salary £37,000 – £50,000 (depending on experience, qualifications, and discipline)

Requirements:\n
\n
    \n
  • City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (where applicable)
    • \n
  • Proven experience within commercial building maintenance
    • \n
  • Good understanding of statutory compliance and health & safety legislation
    • \n
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities
    • \n
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
    • \n
  • Comfortable working across multiple sites throughout Central London
    • \n
  • Reliable, professional, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
    • \n
