DESCRIPTION:
Reporting to the Director Human Resources you will act as HR Manager for a designated client group within the UK Regional HR Team and will be people manager for our HR Generalists. Working in a collaborative global environment youll provide comprehensive HR leadership that helps shape our culture built on our 4i values: Integrity Intensity Innovation and Involvement. Youll work closely with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that attract develop engage and retain talent while driving organisational effectiveness. The role will encompass full HR Partnering responsibilities but has a particular focus on the sound management of employee relations labour relations change management and manager enablement.
REQUIREMENTS:
Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience or Bachelors Degree plus 8 years of experience in progressive HR preferably in a global matrix organization
Preferred Fields of Study: Human Resources Business Administration or related field
Professional HR certifications (e.g. CIPD) advantageous
Strong knowledge of employment laws HR policies and best practices
Experience in performance management employee relations compensation and organizational development
Excellent consulting coaching and collaboration skills to work effectively with leaders at all levels
Strong analytical and data-driven decision making capabilities
Project management skills and ability to coordinate complex HR initiatives
Strong communication and presentation abilities
Experience supporting organizational change and transformation initiatives
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
Business acumen and strategic mindset
Proficiency with HRIS systems and HR analytics tools
Fluent English required; additional language skills valued
Problem-solving skills with ability to navigate complex situations
Experience building professional relationships across all organisational levels
Experience in manufacturing/scientific/life sciences industry preferred
Ability to travel as needed to support multiple locations
