Summary:
The Independent Living Team Supervisor is responsible for supervising the operational delivery of the Councils Independent Living service ensuring residents receive high-quality housing-related support that enables them to live safely independently and with dignity.Working closely with internal departments health and social care partners voluntary organisations and residents the postholder promotes continuous service improvement excellent customer service and compliance with statutory and organisational standards.
