Assistant Store Manager | Bracknell | Retail | Up to £34,000 plus bonus Are you a motivated retail leader looking to accelerate your career with a thriving and expanding business? We're recruiting an ambitious Assistant Store Manager to join one of the UK's most successful big-box retailers. About the Role As Assistant Store Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the Store Manager and leading a high-performing team within a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment. You'll be responsible for driving operational excellence, developing your team, and delivering outstanding customer experiences, while building the skills needed for future Store Management opportunities.
