Fleet Education Services is seeking dedicated and compassionate Mentors to support learners across Lewisham. Working on a one-to-one basis, you'll help young people develop confidence, resilience, independence, and engagement with education while supporting them to achieve their personal goals and aspirations.
Depending on the learner and mentoring pathway, support may include:
Mentors do not provide academic tuition, personal care, or medical support.
Following application and screening, successful candidates may be matched to either Attendance Mentoring or Progression Mentoring, depending on their skills, experience, and the needs of learners.
Any visits to community amenities or local activities must be accompanied by a parent or carer.
Fleet Education Services delivers high-quality alternative and supplementary education support to children and young people nationwide. Our mentors play a vital role in helping learners overcome barriers, increase engagement, develop independence, and achieve positive outcomes.
