It is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded finance leader to partner the CEO in delivering an ambitious growth journey. Paying c£150K base + benefits.
The Role
Joining the Senior Leadership Team, you’ll be the CEO’s right hand on all things commercial and financial - a trusted sounding board, strategic adviser and investor liaison. You’ll lead the development of robust long range business plans, ensuring visibility, clarity and actionable insight into client profitability, utilisation and operational efficiency.

You’re a proven CFO with significant experience in strategic finance leadership roles across project based entertainment or creative technology sectors. You thrive in fast paced, high growth environments and are adept at balancing creativity with commercial rigour.
