Salary: £50,000 £55,000 + 10% Bonus + Overtime + 33 Days Holiday
Are you an experienced Mechanical Supervisor ready to step up into a Service Manager role?
Do you have strong expertise in gearboxes, motors, engines, pumps, and drive chain componentsand enjoy leading from the front?
This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected engineering business, where youll take the next step in your career, leading operations across two sites and playing a key role in driving performance and technical excellence.
The Opportunity
As Workshop Supervisor, you will lead a team of 5-6 engineers within a workshop environment, ensuring high standards of productivity, quality, and continuous improvement. Youll also act as the primary technical contact for both customers and suppliers.
This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who enjoys combining team management with technical involvement.
