Senior Site Manager or Project Manager – About the role:

An experienced Senior Site Manager or Project Manager, working on a brand new and prestigious ‘new build’ housing development. Responsible for the delivery of 55 new homes, ranging from two to five-bedroom homes, including a collection of larger detached family homes. These homes are to be built to the highest standard of safety and quality, within the construction budget and construction programme.

Senior Site Manager or Project Manager – About you:

You will be an experienced Senior Site Manager or Project Manager, with a proven track record of delivering new build housing projects, working for a regional developer/contractor or national PLC developer; and with experience delivering projects above 50 units in size.

• Demonstrable track record of residential house building site/project management
• A passion for building the highest quality 5* homes
• A passion for delivering 5* customer service
• Attention to detail and quality focussed
• Ability to lead and work with multi-disciplinary teams and interface with clients
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to communicate with internal stakeholders regarding reporting issues and finding a resolution
• Ability to identify issues in readiness to prevent program failure
• Excellent technical and practical knowledge and the ability to resolve important detail
• Professional qualification to an appropriate level
• SMSTS Qualified
• First Aid Trained
