Operations Manager/Office Manager
Chesterfield & Sheffield | Full-Time | On-Site
Up to £45,000 per annum
I am working with a client in Chesterfield, who looking for someone who is a natural leader.
This isn't just about keeping the day-to-day running smoothly. They want someone who is proactive, enjoys improving processes, can bring people together and isn't afraid to roll their sleeves up. Someone who leads by example and naturally earns the respect of their team.
Based across both the Chesterfield and Sheffield offices, you'll oversee a team of around 15 people across the two sites, making this an excellent opportunity for an experienced Operations or Office Manager looking to make a real impact.
The Role:
Reporting to the CFO, you'll be responsible for the smooth running of both offices, ensuring the business operates efficiently while delivering an excellent experience for colleagues and clients alike.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Leading and developing a team of approximately 15 employees across two sites.
* Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Chesterfield and Sheffield offices.
* Managing Business Support and Legal Support functions.
* Overseeing facilities, office maintenance, health & safety and business continuity.
