Salary: Up to £36,800 per annum Are you an experienced Class 2 (Category C) Driver looking for a permanent opportunity with a competitive salary and a great working pattern? We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a reliable and professional driver to join their growing team in Manchester. The Role As a Class 2 Driver, you will be responsible for delivering cable management and electrical distribution products to wholesale customers across the region. Your duties will include: * Completing multi-drop deliveries (typically 1215 drops per day) * Loading and unloading your vehicle safely * Providing excellent customer service during deliveries * Carrying out manual handling duties * Assisting in the warehouse when required, including picking and packing orders * Completing vehicle checks and ensuring compliance with transport regulations Working Hours * 45 hours per week * Monday to Friday (primarily) * Early morning starts * Flexibility required to meet business needs * Occasional overnight stays may be required, paid at an additional £24 per night What We're Looking For * Valid UK Class 2 (Category C) Driving Licence * Minimum 2 years' Class 2 multi-drop driving experience * Preferred clean driving licence * A professional, reliable and customer-focused approach * Physically fit, as manual handling is involved * Able to work flexibly when required Insurance Requirements: Due to the company's insurance policy, applicants must: * Be 25 years of age or over * Meet the company's driver insurance criteria What You'll Receive * Permanent, full-time employment * Salary of up to £36,800 per annum * An additional £24 per night for overnight stays * Monday to Friday working pattern with opportunities for overtime where available * A supportive and friendly working environment If you're an experienced Class 2 Driver looking for your next permanent role, we'd love to hear from you.
