Job Title: Contract AdministratorLocation: Ballyclare, Northern IrelandSalary: £27,000 (FTE)Contract Type: 3 months fixed-term contract with potential to go permanentWorking Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday 9:00-17:00 but can be flexibleAbout the roleJoin us as a Contract Administrator and you will get to play an integral part in the provision of high quality grounds services across your community.

With strong communication and great organisational qualities, you will provide invaluable operations support to our 52 landscaping contracts, working across different client and internal portals.RequirementsStrong written and verbal communication skillsPrior experience in an administrative role managing helpdesksCapable of dealing with a high workload and meeting deadlinesIT literate with a strong working knowledge of excel and an ability to pick up new systemsAn eye for detail and problem solving capabilitiesProficiency with basic Microsoft Office tools such as Excel.Some CRM experience preferable
