We are seeking a passionate, experienced Behaviour Support Worker to join a dedicated specialist team in Kettering.
This isn't just a job—it’s an opportunity to act as a mentor, advocate, and steady anchor for students aged 11–16 (Key Stage 3 & 4) who face social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) challenges. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
