Located on the south coast of NSW, the thriving regional town of Batesman Bay is home to this client's respected and growing specialist clinic, now in search of an experienced orthodontist. About the Role:

This esteemed specialist practice has been supporting the local community since 1979 and is known for providing exceptional, patient-focused care in a relaxed and friendly environment for both patients and staff. This modern practice boasts the latest orthodontics technology and equipment and offer a wide range of orthodontic treatments including braces, Invisalign and custom-made mouthguards as well as the treatment of TMJ disorders. You'll join a team with a strong commitment to patient relationships, a solid reputation in the community, and a dedicated work ethic. Key Duties

Collaborate effectively with the wider team to ensure the best patient care.Uphold the clinic's high standards of hygiene, professionalism and care.Foster strong relationships with patients and team members.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dental best practice & maintain patient records.Developing and implementing comprehensive treatment plans.Education patients on maintaining optimal oral health. Diagnose and assess alignment problems, bite issues and structural concerns in both adults and children.Provide orthodontic treatments such as fitting retainers, placing spacers and applying bands to teeth, fit, adjust and monitor braces other orthodontic appliances. Monitor and track patient progress.

Key Skills and Qualifications

Willingness to relocate to Australia.Exceptional communication skills to engage with patients and collaborate with the team.A proactive and team-oriented mindset for mutual success.Unrestricted APHRA specialist registration.Current professional indemnity insurance (or able to obtain).Valid UK dental license with eligibility for Australian registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and associated working visas (with support from the client).Relevant specialist qualification recognized by the Dental Board of Australia.Experienced periodontist with strong experience in periodontics.Commitment to high standard of patient-centered care & strong clinical skills & standards.Growth-mindset, with a willingness to expand your skills and take on new challenges #J-18808-Ljbffr
