This well respected technology focused US law firm is seeking to appoint a senior outsourcing lawyer with a recognised market profile and a portable practice to spearhead the growth of its technology and commercial outsourcing offering in London.
The firm boasts a top-tier global technology and sourcing practice, advising on complex, high-value transactions across sectors including financial services, life sciences, energy, and government. With a strong US and Asia presence, the firm is now investing in expanding its long-standing London platform to better serve its multinational client base and capture increasing demand for cross-border outsourcing expertise.
The successful candidate will be a lawyer with a demonstrable track record in complex IT and business process outsourcing, ideally with experience in cloud, SaaS, and digital transformation projects. A book of business and strong client relationships are essential, as is the ability to collaborate across jurisdictions and practice groups.
