Are you an experienced Quality professional with a passion for continuous improvement, customer satisfaction and driving business excellence?
We're looking for a proactive Quality Manager to join our team and take ownership of our quality processes, ensuring they meet both Group standards and UK regulatory requirements. This is a varied role where you'll work across multiple departments, managing quality risks, supporting customers, and driving improvements that protect both our business and our reputation. If you enjoy problem-solving, collaborating with stakeholders and making a real impact, we'd love to hear from you.
As Quality Manager, you'll be the key point of contact for escalated quality matters, working closely with customers, suppliers, insurers, legal representatives and internal teams to deliver timely, effective resolutions.
You'll lead continuous improvement initiatives, monitor quality performance, and ensure our products and processes consistently meet the highest standards.
