Nabrel Limited seeks an experienced investment professional to head underwriting and capital structuring. This founding role is the analytical engine of the firm. The Head of Investments leads the full investment process, from initial review to Investment Committee approval and financial close. This role sets standards and governance that shape Nabrel's deal quality and risk management.
Compensation in Phase I is based on executed transactions, with each deal offering a clearly defined fee. Upon activation of the AUM threshold in Phase II, compensation shifts to a retainer-plus-bonus arrangement. Carry participation from the GP pool is allocated per GP-led transaction, and vesting aligns with performance milestones.
