Curriculum Manager

We're looking for an inspiring Curriculum Manager to lead the development of an innovative, high-quality curriculum for learners with EHCPs, helping them build confidence, independence and meaningful futures. Some of the experience/skills we need to consider you: Educated to degree level or can demonstrate relevant equivalent experience Teaching qualification or relevant equivalent qualification with demonstrable teaching experience. Excellent knowledge and practical experience of managing or leading a delivery area within the Ofsted Education Inspection Framework (EIF). DSL Level 3 trained or willingness to undertake, with substantial experience of dealing with complex cases Demonstrable evidence of leadership and management development or skills Significant experience of delivering programmes to support those on EHC Plans An organised individual who can plan and monitor a varied workload Strong people skills which encourages others to work collaboratively Strong literacy skills with the ability to write clearly and effectively A flexible approach to work and the ability to meet challenges and adapt to change Ability to deal with challenging behaviour at times Being self-motivated, resilient, with a drive and determination to achieve results General awareness of health and safety and building management Strong IT skills, across multiple platforms, with an indepth knowledge of office tools, with an eye for detail thats second to none. Strong communicator with excellent customer service experience and skills Ability to work as a team, under pressure and in a fast-paced environment A good understanding of the barriers faced by people, and the solutions that may be able to benefit them Ability to work collaboratively with others, whether in the same team or external support providers Youre a positive, energised and enthusiastic person, with a real zest for helping others Nothing makes you happier than seeing someone progress, knowing you helped them get there. What will make you stand out from the crowd: Qualified IQA Level 4, or working towards Qualified Assessor for example Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement or willingness to undertake MHFA Ofsted nominee experience Working with awarding bodies to develop qualifications to meet learner needs
