About The Role Are you an experienced HR professional who enjoys building strong relationships, influencing positive change and helping colleagues thrive? We’re looking for an HR Business Partner to act as the bridge between strategic priorities and operational delivery, ensuring our people plans translate into practical, impactful outcomes across our Central Services teams. Working closely with leaders, you’ll provide expert HR advice, support organisational change and use people insights to help shape business decisions. Key Responsibilities: * Partner with leaders to understand business priorities and deliver people-focused solutions aligned to organisational goals. * Manage complex and sensitive employee relations cases, balancing organisational risk with a fair and values-led approach. * Support workforce planning, capability development, organisational design and change initiatives. * Use people data and insights to identify trends, inform decision-making and drive action. * Work collaboratively with HR colleagues to deliver a high-quality end-to-end people service. * Champion organisational values and culture, identifying opportunities to improve people processes and practices. The salary for this role is £45,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a full time role working 37 hours per week. Were flexible on where youre based - you can work from any of our Bromford, Flagship, LiveWest offices including Norwich, Tewkesbury, Exeter and Weston-super-Mare. This is a hybrid role, with a mix of home and office working. From time to time, you may be asked to visit another office to support colleagues or attend meetings, although this is expected to be infrequent. You will support our Central Services teams across the South West, Midlands and East of England (including Norwich) and should be comfortable travelling as required to meet business needs. About The Candidate To be successful in your application for the role of HR Business Partner, you will have the essential skills and experience for a level 5 role (please see candidate information pack) and the following role specific skills and experience: Essential Skills * Strong HR business partnering skills with the ability to translate strategic objectives into practical people solutions. * Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills. * Ability to engage, support and challenge stakeholders at all levels. * Strong presentation and coaching skills. * Ability to interpret people data and identify meaningful trends. * Customer-focused approach with strong organisational skills. Essential Experience * Managing complex and sensitive employee relations cases. * Supporting organisational change, workforce planning and people initiatives. * Partnering with leaders to improve people performance and colleague experience. * Using data and insight to inform people-related decisions. * Delivering high-quality HR support in a fast-paced environment. * Building effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. Essential Knowledge * Good understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice. * Knowledge of organisational culture, employee engagement and people processes. * Understanding of HR analytics and how data can improve business outcomes. * Awareness of workforce planning and capability development approaches. Essential Qualifications * Educated to A Level standard or equivalent. * CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent HR experience. Desirable Skills * Ability to support AI-enabled service improvements within HR. * Strong facilitation and change management skills. * Experience influencing senior stakeholders through data and insight. Desirable Experience * Experience supporting organisational design or transformation programmes. * Experience using predictive analytics or workforce insight tools. * Experience working within large, complex organisations. Desirable Knowledge * Understanding of emerging HR technologies and AI-enabled service delivery. * Knowledge of workforce planning methodologies and future skills requirements. Desirable Qualifications * CIPD Level 7 qualification or working towards this. * Professional development in organisational development, people analytics or change management.
