The Role
We're looking for a Joiner Glazier to join our Responsive Repairs Team and play a key role in delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance services to our customers. As one of Broadacres' specialists in UPVC and glazing repairs, you'll help ensure our homes remain safe, secure and maintained to the highest standards while providing an excellent customer experience.
Explain the role
This is a varied, customer-focused role where you'll carry out a wide range of joinery and glazing repairs across our housing stock. From replacing glazing units and repairing UPVC doors and windows, to fitting kitchens, renewing doors and carrying out fencing repairs, you'll use your trade expertise to deliver first-time fixes wherever possible. You'll work closely with customers and colleagues, ensuring all repairs are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest technical standards while providing expert advice and practical solutions on site.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out glazing repairs and installations, including the removal and replacement of glass, beading and UPVC components.
Undertake a range of joinery repairs, including kitchen installations, door and frame replacements, gates and fencing repairs.
