Think of it as recruitment, but instead of placing candidates into jobs, you'll recruit talented creators to promote our products on TikTok Shop. You'll identify high-potential creators, build long-term partnerships, negotiate commercial agreements, and help them grow their businesses. As they grow, so does Wellgard.

✅ Around three years' experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or executive search

✅ Excellent communication skills and confidence building long-term relationships

✅ Experience sourcing talent and proactively approaching new people

✅ A commercially minded approach with strong negotiation skills

✅ Experience working towards ambitious performance or revenue targets

✅ Strong organisational skills managing multiple relationships and priorities

✅ A proactive, self-motivated mindset

✅ Ability to commute to our office in Hollingbury, Brighton, five days a week

No TikTok Shop experience? No problem. We'll teach you everything about social commerce, commercial strategy and working with creators. What we do need is that you genuinely understand and enjoy TikTok as a platform.
