We bring places to life through food, service and creativity and we're looking for a *Commercial Assistant* to join our team. *Location : Southbank Centre, London * *Salary : 17.25 per hour* *Working Pattern : 40 hours per week - 5 out of 7 days* *Key Responsibilities* * Responsible for the onboarding of all new team members and to own the process from start to finish. * Ensure that all rotas are completed in the required timeframe and staffed to the correct base / costed rotas at all times. * Responsible for the completion of all timesheets to the required deadline and to highlight any issues to senior management. * Ensure accurate records are kept for staff details, absence, timekeeping, holidays, and sickness. * Support managers with covering administrative responsibilities to include holiday cover. * Assist in any areas of the operations when circumstances dictate. * Daily sales recording * Liaising with suppliers * Undertake any other reasonable tasks as required * Understand and interpret the relevant financial control systems and use the information to measure performance and to achieve all financial targets working with senior management where necessary. * Working with the Operations Manager, Financial Manager and General Manager to ensure the accurate processing of timesheets and to highlight any discrepancies to achieve the business performance of the units. *What's in it for you? * Working with *Company of Cooks* has its perks!
