Operating on a rotating shift pattern (early morning unlocks or late evening lockups), this role is ideal for a skilled technician, maintenance professional, or handy trade specialist looking for a secure, team-oriented working environment. The successful candidate will share day-to-day responsibility for the physical security, safety, and mechanical efficiency of the school campus. Key duties include conducting morning security sweeps, carrying out first-line reactive fabric repairs (minor plumbing, carpentry, redecoration, and lock fixes), coordinating hall setups for assemblies and exam seasons, and logging routine statutory safety checks—including weekly fire alarm tests, emergency lighting checks, and water hygiene temperature logs.
