Job Description

The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a successful and growing Digital Trading team working on established digital websites. Passionate about digital trading, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their trading, analytical and commercial skills through a hands-on role at the heart of a fast-paced digital business. Joining at a period of high performance and significant investment into digital, you will gain exposure to a wide range of trading activities, cross-functional teams and industry-leading platforms, contributing to the growth and performance of the Frasers Group Digital Team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work within the Digital Trading Team to drive sales through the successful execution of campaigns, promotions and trading initiatives.
• Report on digital trading performance, highlighting key trends, risks and opportunities.
• Analyse best sellers, stock availability and trading performance to identify actions that optimise online sales and customer experience.
• Produce trading insights and performance analysis to support stakeholder discussions.
• Prioritise workflow in reaction to communications of upcoming campaigns, promotions and commercial priorities.
• Ensure products have the required content, attribution and merchandising to launch successfully online, working with relevant teams to resolve issues and maximise sales performance.
• Support delivering seasonal campaigns, promotional activity and site updates in line with the company trading calendar.
• Conduct regular site walks and analyse customer behaviour to identify opportunities to improve navigation, categorisation, product content and conversion. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment on trading priorities, launches and promotional activity.
• Participate in projects or carry out any other duties that may be outside the standard remit that will benefit the company.

People Management:

• Manage key internal and external stakeholders, utilising appropriate communication and people management methods.
• Be an active and positive contributor to the team, always willing to represent the digital trading team and be prepared to go the extra mile.

Qualifications

• Valid working rights for the EMEA countries
• Educated to A Level standard or equivalent, preferably within a business/numeric related subject
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with multiple teams
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to plan and organise own workload
• Advanced Excel skills preferable
