Senior Support Worker Autism & Learning Disabilities - Chichester, West Sussex £14.60 per hour - Bosham Hoe, Chichester (PO18) - Permanent Are you an experienced Support Worker ready to take the next step in your career? Dolphin Homes is recruiting a Senior Support Worker to join our dedicated team in a supported living service in Bosham Hoe, Chichester, helping individuals with autism and learning disabilities live independently in their own self-contained flats. This is a role where your experience, leadership, and compassion will be felt every single day by the people you support and the team you help to guide. What Will You Be Doing? As a Senior Support Worker at Dolphin Homes in Chichester, you will combine hands-on support with a key leadership role within the team. You will help individuals live life on their own terms, build confidence, and achieve their personal goals. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Supporting individuals in their own self-contained flats to live as independently as possible * Promoting choice, dignity, and person-centred care at all times * Developing life skills such as cooking, budgeting, and social engagement * Supporting with daily routines, including personal care where required * Leading by example and mentoring other team members * Assisting with care planning, risk assessments, and daily coordination * Acting as the key link between the care team and management to ensure the highest quality of support And the activities are genuinely something special: Theme parks, Swimming, Horse riding, Cinema, UK and abroad holidays, Arts and crafts, Concerts, Cycling, Baking and much more!
