What you’ll be doing… As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring services are delivered to a high standard, safely, efficiently, and in line with client expectations.
You will lead on-site teams, oversee compliance, and work closely with stakeholders to maintain a well-run and productive environment. * Oversee all operational activities on-site, ensuring service delivery meets agreed standards * Lead, manage, and support on-site teams to drive performance and engagement * Ensure full compliance with health & safety, risk management, and company policies * Identify and implement improvements to increase efficiency and service quality * Resolve issues and respond to incidents or complaints in a timely and professional manner Working Pattern : 5 out of 7, 40 hours per week What can you bring? * Proven experience managing operations or teams in a site-based role * Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities * A proactive, hands-on approach with attention to detail * Knowledge of health & safety and site compliance requirements * Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively * A calm, professional attitude when working under pressure * Experience in facilities, hospitality, catering, or similar industries is desirable *Brilliant Work Deserves Brilliant Perks!* At Elior, we believe that when you love where you work, it shows.
