The Role As a Commercial Gas Engineer, you'll work across a variety of commercial sites including nursing homes, healthcare facilities and other commercial premises throughout Essex and the surrounding areas. Your work will primarily involve: * Servicing and repairing commercial heating systems (approximately 85% of the role) * Working on domestic boilers within commercial environments * Cascade boiler systems * Unvented hot water cylinders and element replacements * Occasional commissioning work * Combi boiler replacements * Providing excellent customer service while maintaining high engineering standards Area Covered You'll ideally live within the Essex area and cover sites across: * Essex * Waltham Cross * East London * Dartford * Occasional visits to Norwich What We're Looking For * Minimum 3 years' Commercial Gas and/or HVAC experience * Valid Commercial ACS qualifications * Strong fault-finding and servicing experience * Customer-focused with excellent communication skills * Team player with a positive attitude * Full UK Driving Licence Hours * Monday to Friday * 8:00am - 5:00pm (onsite for 9:00am) * Optional overtime available, paid at management discretion based on weekly hours worked Salary & Benefits * £55,000 - £60,000 basic salary (depending on experience) * Company van with discretionary private use * 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays * Contributory pension scheme * Specialist tools provided * Company uniform * ACS renewals funded * Ongoing training and support * Long-term career opportunities within a supportive business If you're looking for a company where your contribution is recognised, teamwork is valued, and you'll have the opportunity to build a long-term career, we'd love to hear from you.
