About the Role As a company that helps exceptional engineers and companies connect, we know just how important hiring, and attracting the right talent is. We are looking for our first internal recruiter here at Dex - the person to help us build the machine that helps others to hire their hardest to fill roles. We are building a world class team of highly motivated, passionate people, and this role’s objective is to ensure that we do that in an excellent way. From supporting our hiring managers to scope, research and define roles to sourcing, screening and closing in demand talent, you’ll own the full end to end hiring process. You’ll be part of a team that deeply understands and respects hiring, we have 70+ years of hiring experience in the team. You’ll also be a tester for our product as we always use Dex on our internal tech hiring. You’ll be a custodian of the bar and the culture that we are building here at Dex, helping us to find the talent that moves the needle for the business. In this role you will: * Own every open role at Dex from brief to signed offer * Source directly. The people we want arent applying to things, youll find them before theyre looking * Scope upcoming roles before they exist, and push back when a role is really two roles or shouldnt be hired at all * Run a candidate experience worthy of a company that sells great candidate experience. Fast, honest, human * Close senior people with competing offers, on conviction and the Dex story, not just the package * Build the hiring engine as you go: process, pipeline discipline, employer brand, so hire 50 is easier than hire 20 About you You are highly organised, compelling and driven. Your pipelines move fast, you stay on top of your admin. You tell great stories, you know how to engage with a wide variety of different people. You know how to source, and know the difference between effective recruitment tools and hype. You’re credible with hiring managers and understand the difference between being an order taker and a true partner to your stakeholders. We are looking for someone that is incredibly motivated to build an exceptional team solving a problem that truly matters Note: We know that talent cant be summed up in a few bullet points.
