The Role

Addepar is seeking a passionate and data-driven Manager Performance Marketing EMEA/APAC to drive our brand awareness and market expansion across the regions. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing strategist to build and implement a regional marketing strategy that fuels Addepars continued growth. This leader will be responsible for developing and driving a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored for the EMEA and APAC regions. This position will drive all digital paid and traditional marketing for the regions and play a key role in shaping Addepars brand image and market presence.

What Youll Do

• Develop and drive a data-driven marketing strategy aligned with global business objectives tailored to regional needs
• Own the development and execution of localised marketing campaigns across all channels (digital content etc.) to drive brand awareness lead generation and pipeline growth.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Sales leadership across EMEA and APAC
• Collaborate closely with regional sales client management services and partner teams to understand market needs develop effective marketing programs and achieve shared goals
• Track measure and report on the success of marketing campaigns and programs and provide data-driven insights to optimise performance
• Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activity in the EMEA and APAC wealth management technology spaces

Who You Are

• Extensive experience in B2B financial services marketing with a consistent track record of success in driving growth within the financial technology or wealth management industry
• Strong understanding of the EMEA and APAC marketing landscape having demonstrable experience establishing brands in the region
• Ability to translate marketing goals into measurable return on investment and contribute to the achievement of overall business objectives
• Deep expertise in digital marketing channels (SEO SEM content marketing social media etc.)
• Ability to collaborate with global teams
• Fluency in English with additional European languages a plus
