Job Title: Interim IT Technician (6 months fixed term)
Location: Service-based, with travel to various services across Surrey
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week
Salary: £30150 - £32500 per annum

The role is to provide first-line IT support in various locations across Surrey and to assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware, software, and peripheral equipment. The postholder will deliver excellent customer service, helping users resolve technical issues efficiently while supporting the day-to-day operation of the organisation's IT systems and ensuring equipment is set up, maintained, and available for use.
The post supports the IT systems manager in overseeing the daily operation of the organisation's IT environment, ensuring systems, networks, and applications run smoothly and securely. This role includes assisting in the management of the IT support function, maintaining infrastructure, and ensuring consistent delivery of high‑quality technical services.
