Job description

As their new HR & Training Manager, you will lead the entire HR function, shaping strategies and policies that align with their ambitious goals while ensuring legal compliance and employee engagement. As a medium-sized enterprise, your role will report to senior management and contribute directly to the organisation's strategic HR initiatives. About you Degree or professional qualification in Human Resources, Business Management, or related discipline Graduate Membership of CIPD or equivalent 3-5 years' generalist HR experience in a busy environment Excellent communication and organisational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities A team player with strong leadership qualities What you'll do Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with company objectives Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff development initiatives Provide guidance to management on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning Act as the Training Coordinator, identifying training needs and coordinating internal and external programmes Maintain accurate HR records and oversee HR administrative tasks Lead initiatives to maintain and achieve accreditation standards such as Investors in People and ISO standards For further information on this job, apply via the link or contact the VANRATH office for a confidential chat today.
