Catch 22 are working on behalf of a prestigious client to recruit an experienced Facilities Maintenance Technician to join their Facilities team at a flagship London site in Embassy Gardens.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on maintenance professional who enjoys a varied role combining building maintenance contractor management compliance and facilities support within a high-end corporate environment.
Reporting to the Facilities Manager you will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the building ensuring a safe compliant and well-maintained environment for employees and visitors.
You will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance supporting contractor activities maintaining compliance records and assisting with facilities operations across the site.
Were looking for someone with:
Previous experience in a Facilities Maintenance Technician Maintenance Operative Building Services or similar role
Strong fault-finding and general maintenance skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Experience working with contractors and service providers
Knowledge of health and safety legislation and compliance requirements
Good IT skills including Microsoft 365 packages
IOSH Managing Safely qualification (or higher)
Manual Handling and Legionella awareness/training
