The on target earning potential for this role is 35414 / per annum - comprising a base salary of 27114 plus a qualified estimate of 8300 in gratuities and service charge.* As a member of the Gleneagles team you will also enjoy a fantastic range of perks benefits and rewards.

Heres a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role:

• Youll be delivering a warm and memorable dining experience for all our guests within our Birnam restaurant
• Supporting the management of the Birnam; overseeing the daily operations of the clubhouse ensuring that service consistently exceeds guests expectations
• Passionate about sharing your knowledge youll be coaching the team to improve the skills and knowledge of the team as individuals
• Serving food and beverage to our guests will be your main daily focus across both Lunch and Dinner service
• Youll take pride in all tasks you complete being an essential member of the Food & Beverage service team always ensuring were setup for success
• Attending to any guest queries and enquiries in a caring and helpful manner and with a commitment to deal with any concern in a positive way
• Maintaining the highest standards of service room preparation and presentation throughout the restaurant
• Playing a significant part in making sure both the lunch and dinner operation runs without a hitch
• Youll be proficiently up selling and encouraging other team members to do the same at every opportunity
• Interacting with our guests always warm professional helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way

The kind of person were looking for:

• You have previous strong waiter and customer service experience and are looking to further develop your expertise within an elevated grill style restaurant
• Having had experience within a luxury hospitality environment would be ideal however having a great attitude is essential
• Your perspective and approach are always fresh; no matter how many times an issue has been presented to you to your guest its the first time
• A keen eye for detail an organised approach and willingness to exceed guest expectation
• You want to be the best and work with the best; learning from the experts in our team and sharing your knowledge with us
• You have a high level of resilience and the ability to deal with fast-paced environments is essential
• Highly motivated and possessing an immense sense of pride in your work; youre passionate about delivering the high standards for our guests in line with the Gleneagles brand
• You have a positive can do attitude to solving problems in a professional and courteous manner
• A strong team player with great communication skills and an enthusiastic approach; youre well organised and punctual with an eagle eye for detail
