Covering from the design to the install and service and maintenance of heating, plumbing, ventilation and AC systems across Lancashire, this is a great opportunity for a Project/Maintenance manger to step into a Contract Manager role,
In this role your time will be split between the office and sites within a 50 miles radius of Preston. You will be managing a team of engineers on the servicing and maintenance of building services within commercial and industrial projects. You will also be responsible for pricing works, managing contract performance and liaising with clients and other department to ensure a high level of service delivery.
