As aCoating Technician you willbe responsible for:
Workacross the functions toaplan and monitor activities to support and executeeffectively
Taking ownership of all Coatingactivities to ensure our products and services meetbusiness andcustomer requirements
Be compliant andalignedwithcompetency training and capacity to meet businessand customerrequirements
Support theOperations teaminKPIs toanalyseand measure performance toassistwithimprovements and action plans
Following and implementingcompliance to all internal and external procedures and legislation
Collaborating with cross-functionalteamswheretoalign and support deliverables while sharing lessons learned

To be successful in this role you will:
Have proven experience incoating processes
Show experience ofcollaborationwithin an operational and matrixenvironment
Be able to show good problem-solving processimprovementand analytical skills
Demonstrate the ability to communicate professionally and collaborate with internal stakeholders
Have excellent written reporting and presentation skills
Demonstrating good basic computer skills to support production reporting documentation and system updates.
